Over the past twenty plus years, our Holtz & Associates Management team has managed over 400 units and provided housing for over 1,200 residents at one time. Currently, we have 5 buildings with 102 apartments as part of our neighborhood housing units, and it is our honor to serve every single one of them. Our modern facilities at Progressive Apartments and Pine Creek Apartments are pet-friendly and a neighborly place to call “home” for anyone that is looking for a place to enjoy living within the local communities of Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton.
