Tom Holtz
Chief Executive Officer
Tom is the CEO and Owner of Holtz Companies (HCO). Tom directs all activities of the company and leads by example in maintaining a culture of honesty, transparency, and integrity. Tom’s philosophy in life is simple – treat others with kindness and give generously. Tom follows these beliefs every day by giving back to the communities he works in, both financially and with his time.
Dan Bullock
President
Dan is the President of Holtz Companies (HCO) and partner of HBI and IRH. He oversees all the activities of the company. Dan obtained a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management from the University of Wisconsin Madison Business School and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he earned the Graduate School Honors Award, while running a few businesses with his family. He started working at an early age and has a strong work ethic. Dan enjoys sharing his experiences and helping lead others to success.

Trina McVicker
Director of Human Resources & Community Development
Trina is the Director of Human Resources & Community Development for Holtz Builders.
She oversees recruiting, employee relations, and benefits for the company, as well as leads the company’s initiative of developing and maintaining productive connections within the communities we work in.
Rick Rogers
Executive VP – Tennessee & Florida
Rick is a Partner of Holtz Builders and the Executive Vice President of HBI for the Tennessee and Florida branches. Rick manages the development, operations, and financial aspects of the organizations’ projects and services. He has a very thorough knowledge of construction.
He started his career as a journeyman carpenter with 25 years of hands-on experience, 11 years as a commercial construction superintendent, and more than 15 years in construction management.

Mark Crowley
Executive VP
Mark is a Partner of Holtz Builders and the Executive Vice President of HBI for the Wisconsin and Missouri branches. He directs daily operations at the headquarter office as well as oversees field operations, quality, and safety.
Mark has over 15 years of hands-on construction experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in ITM – Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Mark started with HBI more than 15 years ago as a laborer and has since worked his way up to his current position.
