Rick Rogers
Executive VP – Tennessee & Florida
Rick is the Executive Vice President of Holtz Builders, Inc. at the Tennessee and Florida branches. Rick manages the development, operations, and financial aspects of the organizations’ projects and services. He has a very thorough knowledge of construction.
He started his career as a journeyman carpenter with 25 years of hands-on experience, 11 years as a commercial construction superintendent, and more than 15 years in construction management. He holds various OSHA certifications as well as formal supervisory training.
Rick was a military police officer and thought he would hold a career in law enforcement. He took a job in construction for the first time in 1993, and has loved being in the field ever since.
Outside of the office, he enjoys being in the great outdoors; hunting, fishing, camping and being in a canoe. He enjoys spending time with his wife and six children.
